PRODUCT NOTES: We decided to give up controversial thickeners that can cause intestinal problems (like CMC - Carboxymethylcellulose) and at the cost of a few kcal (not from sugar but from complex carbohydrates (the best type)) per serving, introduce natural ingredients in their place.
