1. Where can I find shop terms and conditions?

2. Does the client achieve information about changes in their order status?

Yes. Clients are informed about any status update, including the payment receipt confirmation, via e-mail.

3. How long will it take for the money to return to my account?

The time of refund may take up to 14 business days, however we do our best to return the money as soon as possible.

4. When will the product be available?

If you enable e-mail notifications by clicking option “Include” in the Notification Center, an information message is going to be generated immediately after the product becomes available.

5. What is "Kurier DPD" carrier contact number?

DPD contact number is 801 400 373 or +48 22 577 55 55 ( you can call Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Sat from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
KFD does not have phone numbers of particular delivery men at disposal, however it is possible to get the access to such information by calling DPD information line on the number above.

6. When will I get my order?

Order processing takes from 12 hours to 14 business days. Most orders are delivered within 1‑3 business days.

7. How often do you ship internationally?

International shipments are sent 1‑2 times a week, due to the number of orders.

8. Where can I learn about the personal pickup?

To achieve pickup in-store information, please contact stationary shops which numbers are listed below. KFD shipping department is responsible for order shippings only and does not interfere in competences of individual stores.

9. My tracking number is not working. Why?

That means your order has not yet been confirmed by the carrier, or that it already has, but still not achieved the depot.

10. Do you take the orders on weekends and holidays?

We work only on business days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders made after 12:00 p.m. are usually sent on next business day (the carrier picks up deliveries at 12:30 p.m.).

11. "Your order has been sent" - does it mean that the carrier has received my delivery?

"Sent" status means that your order has been sent to our warehouse for processing and will be shipped with DPD or GLS Delivery (for international orders), or Poczta Polska (according to the option chosen). Please do not be suggested by "Sent" status, since it does not always mean that your order was picked by the carrier on that same day.

12. Where can I find the information necessary for the payment?

The title should include the number of your order only. The number has to be written in “Title”; if the order number is not included, the delivery may be delayed or cancelled (if data included in the transfer confirmation differ from those from the order, or if the transfer lacks the order number).

13. What are the payment options?

Client may choose: pre‑payment via bank transfer or payment via dotpay.pl or Paypal.

14. What should I write in the transfer title?

The title should include your order number only.

15. How can I make the suplementary payments for products added to my order?

Additional payments should be sent to the KFD account:

The title should incude the number of your order plus "supplementary/extra/additional payment". Remember that the order number has to be written in "Title"; if the order number is not included, the delivery may be delayed or cancelled (if data included in the transfer confirmation differ from those from the order, or if the transfer lacks the order number).

16. Can I make any changes after the status has been updated to "Sent"?

"Sent" status disables clients from making any changes in their order.

17. Whom should I contact if my order has been sent (confirmed by the carrier) and I still did not get it?
